How to Switch Chords Faster (No Buzzing)
Speed comes from smaller movement and better order, not forcing it.
Drill 1: find your anchor finger
Many chord pairs share a finger or a nearby target. Keep that finger close to the string.
Drill 2: “air changes”
Lift fingers 1–2 mm, not 2 inches. Practice the motion without strumming first.
Drill 3: metronome steps
- Strum 1 chord for 4 clicks
- Switch on click 1
- Increase tempo only after 5 clean rounds
